Nursing staff

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Nursing Staff (ANM/GNM) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing basic nursing care, assisting doctors, and ensuring patient safety and comfort across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and record patient vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure, etc.)
• Administer medications and injections as per doctor’s instructions
• Assist in basic procedures, wound dressing, and IV management
• Support doctors during patient examination and treatment
• Provide maternal and child care (especially relevant for ANM-trained staff)
• Maintain patient hygiene and assist with daily living activities
• Maintain accurate patient records and report changes in condition
• Educate patients and families about basic healthcare and hygiene
• Follow infection control and hospital safety protocols

Required Qualifications:

• ANM or GNM Nursing Diploma from a recognized institution
• Registered with State Nursing Council
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
• Basic knowledge of patient care, first aid, and midwifery (especially for ANM)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
