Position Overview: 
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Developmental Interventionist (DI) to provide family-centered early intervention services across New Jersey. This is a flexible, per-diem/contract position with opportunities to build your caseload based on your availability.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Conduct developmental assessments and participate in evaluations.</li><li>
Collaborate with families and the early intervention team to develop Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) outcomes.</li><li>
Provide developmental instruction and strategies in natural settings to help children meet IFSP goals.</li><li>
Coach parents and caregivers to embed developmental activities into daily routines.</li><li>
Maintain required documentation in compliance with NJ Early Intervention System (NJEIS) guidelines.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or higher in a related health, human service, or education field.</li><li>
One year of documented professional experience with individuals birth to five who have developmental delays or disabilities OR a minimum of 6 credits in infant or early childhood special education.
</li><li>Knowledge of child development, family engagement, and evidence-based early intervention practices.</li><li>
Strong communication, collaboration, and coaching skills.</li></ul>
