<div>We are seeking a reliable and organized Student Transportation Dispatcher to coordinate daily student pick-ups and drop-offs. This position serves as the communication hub between drivers, parents, and schools to ensure safe and timely transportation services. Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Dispatch and monitor drivers for daily routes
</li><li>Answer incoming phone calls from parents, schools, and drivers
</li><li>Communicate route changes, delays, and emergencies
</li><li>Track vehicles using GPS and routing software
</li><li>Train drivers on transportation apps and company systems
</li><li>Maintain accurate logs and documentation
</li><li>Assist with scheduling substitute drivers
</li></ul>Qualifications:
<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent
</li><li>Dispatch, transportation, or logistics experience preferred
</li><li>Strong communication and multitasking skills
</li><li>Ability to remain calm under pressure
</li><li>Proficient with computers, GPS systems, and mobile apps
</li></ul>Schedule:
