Student Transportation Dispatcher

We are seeking a reliable and organized Student Transportation Dispatcher to coordinate daily student pick-ups and drop-offs. This position serves as the communication hub between drivers, parents, and schools to ensure safe and timely transportation services. Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch and monitor drivers for daily routes

• Answer incoming phone calls from parents, schools, and drivers

• Communicate route changes, delays, and emergencies

• Track vehicles using GPS and routing software

• Train drivers on transportation apps and company systems

• Maintain accurate logs and documentation

• Assist with scheduling substitute drivers

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Dispatch, transportation, or logistics experience preferred

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Ability to remain calm under pressure

• Proficient with computers, GPS systems, and mobile apps
