We&rsquo;re looking for a Pre- K Lead Teacher who understands that responsibility and is excited to own it.If you love creating structure, bringing energy into the classroom, and watching children truly get it&mdash;this could be a great fit.What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Lead and manage a Pre-K classroom with confidence and consistency</li><li>Build and implement engaging, intentional lesson plans</li><li>Create a structured, nurturing environment where children can thrive</li><li>Prepare students socially, emotionally, and academically for kindergarten</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized classroom and strong daily routines</li><li>Communicate with parents in a clear, positive, and professional way</li><li>Ensure compliance with all Ohio Department of Children and Youth (DCY) standards</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Prior experience in a preschool or Pre-K classroom (required)</li><li>CDA, Associate&rsquo;s, or Bachelor&rsquo;s in Early Childhood Education (preferred)</li><li>Strong leadership and classroom management skills</li><li>Someone who is reliable, positive, and takes ownership of their classroom</li></ul>Why Kids At Heart: We&rsquo;re not a corporate center&mdash;and we don&rsquo;t operate like one.
