What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage a Pre-K classroom with confidence and consistency
• Build and implement engaging, intentional lesson plans
• Create a structured, nurturing environment where children can thrive
• Prepare students socially, emotionally, and academically for kindergarten
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom and strong daily routines
• Communicate with parents in a clear, positive, and professional way
• Ensure compliance with all Ohio Department of Children and Youth (DCY) standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in a preschool or Pre-K classroom (required)
• CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
• Strong leadership and classroom management skills
• Someone who is reliable, positive, and takes ownership of their classroom

Compensation:
Pay is based on experience, education, and credentials, with strong opportunities for growth for the right candidate.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
