The candidate should be child-friendly, patient, and able to teach Tamil in an interactive and engaging way suitable for young learners.Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching &amp; Learning<ul><li>Teach Tamil subject for Classes I&ndash;IV as per the Matriculation syllabus.</li><li>Create lesson plans, worksheets, and activity-based materials.</li><li>Encourage reading, writing, and spoken Tamil through fun methods.</li><li>Use storytelling, rhymes, and activities to improve language skills.</li></ul>Classroom Management<ul><li>Maintain discipline and a child-friendly environment.</li><li>Ensure the classroom is safe, clean, and learning-focused.</li><li>Track student performance and provide extra support where needed.</li></ul>Assessment &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Conduct class tests and assessments regularly.</li><li>Maintain accurate student academic records.</li><li>Prepare report cards and communicate progress during meetings.</li></ul>School Responsibilities<ul><li>Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.</li><li>Organize Tamil-related events such as debates, poems, storytelling, and cultural programs.</li><li>Coordinate with other teachers for school activities.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>B.A Tamil / B.Ed in Tamil or equivalent qualification.</li><li>Experience in teaching primary classes preferred (freshers also welcome).</li><li>Strong command of Tamil language (spoken and written).</li><li>Ability to manage young children with patience and creativity.</li></ul>Personal Qualities<ul><li>Friendly, caring, and approachable.</li><li>Good communication and classroom management skills.</li><li>Passion for teaching young children.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;10,691.37 - &#8377;40,123.94 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Commuter assistance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
