Position Overview

Kids Club Matriculation School in Tiruppur is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Tamil Teacher to handle Classes I–IV. The candidate should be child-friendly, patient, and able to teach Tamil in an interactive and engaging way suitable for young learners.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching & Learning

• Teach Tamil subject for Classes I–IV as per the Matriculation syllabus.
• Create lesson plans, worksheets, and activity-based materials.
• Encourage reading, writing, and spoken Tamil through fun methods.
• Use storytelling, rhymes, and activities to improve language skills.

Classroom Management

• Maintain discipline and a child-friendly environment.
• Ensure the classroom is safe, clean, and learning-focused.
• Track student performance and provide extra support where needed.

Assessment & Reporting

• Conduct class tests and assessments regularly.
• Maintain accurate student academic records.
• Prepare report cards and communicate progress during meetings.

School Responsibilities

• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
• Organize Tamil-related events such as debates, poems, storytelling, and cultural programs.
• Coordinate with other teachers for school activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• B.A Tamil / B.Ed in Tamil or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in teaching primary classes preferred (freshers also welcome).
• Strong command of Tamil language (spoken and written).
• Ability to manage young children with patience and creativity.

• Good communication and classroom management skills.
• Passion for teaching young children.

Pay: ₹10,691.37 - ₹40,123.94 per month
