Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pre-K Lead Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will be the cornerstone of a nurturing classroom environment, guiding young learners through foundational skills in literacy, math, social-emotional development, and physical activity. Your enthusiasm and expertise will inspire children to explore, learn, and grow in a safe, engaging setting. As a leader in early childhood education, you will collaborate with families and staff to create a dynamic environment that fosters curiosity and confidence in every child.Responsibilities<ul><li>Implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including curriculum development best practices.</li><li>Create a warm, inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive behavior management and supports individual learning styles.</li><li>Engage children in age-appropriate activities that enhance literacy education, physical education, and social-emotional growth.</li><li>Monitor and assess each child's progress through observations, assessments, and ongoing documentation to tailor instruction effectively.</li><li>Collaborate with families to communicate student progress, address concerns, and foster strong partnerships supporting child welfare.</li><li>Manage classroom routines efficiently to ensure a safe, organized space conducive to active learning and care.</li><li>Incorporate special education strategies and early intervention techniques to support diverse learning needs within the classroom.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Experience in childhood development principles with a focus on preschool experience and classroom management.</li><li>Proficiency in curriculum development across multiple domains including literacy education, physical education, and childcare.</li><li>Strong background working with children of various ages, including toddlers and preschoolers, with an understanding of behavior management strategies.</li><li>Knowledge of special education practices, early intervention programs, and other child-centered educational philosophies.</li><li>Excellent communication skills for engaging with students, families, staff, and community partners effectively.</li><li>Ability to expand on engaging lessons that incorporate tutoring techniques and adjustments when needed.</li><li>Familiarity with classroom experience in daycare.
