We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated ICU Nurses to join our growing healthcare team.Job Title: ICU Nurse (GNM/B.Sc Nursing) - (9 No.s) Job Type: Full-TimeExperience Required:GNM with minimum 4-5 years of ICU experience, ORB.Sc Nursing &ndash; 1+ year of ICU experienceJob Responsibility:&middot; Supervises and monitors all nursing activities in the ICU during the assigned shift.&middot; Ensures that critically ill patients receive safe and timely nursing care as per hospital and ICU protocols.&middot; Prepares and manages duty rosters, ensuring adequate nurse&ndash;patient ratios as per NABH/Critical Care standards.&middot; Conducts regular ICU rounds to monitor patient care, equipment functioning, and infection control compliance.&middot; Ensures strict adherence to hand hygiene, aseptic techniques, and infection control protocols.&middot; Oversees administration of high-alert medications, IV infusions, and life-supporting drugs as per physician&rsquo;s orders.&middot; Coordinates with intensivists, physicians, and allied departments (lab, radiology, pharmacy) for patient care.&middot; Ensures proper maintenance and availability of ICU equipment (ventilators, defibrillators, infusion pumps, monitors).&middot; Handles and escalates any equipment malfunction immediately with biomedical / service engineers.&middot; Ensures accurate and timely documentation of ICU charts, nursing notes, consent forms, and registers.&middot; Monitors and verifies the use of central lines, catheters, ventilators, and other invasive devices.&middot; Handles emergency situations (Code Blue, Code Red, Code Orange) and provides leadership during resuscitation.&middot; Supervises biomedical waste disposal, linen management, and infection control practices.&middot; Ensures patient relatives are informed of ICU rules, visiting protocols, and counselling sessions as per policy.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;13,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>ICU: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Odia (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
