You will plan and implement Kids &lsquo;R&rsquo; Kids curriculum that encourages physical, social, and emotional development through engaging activities. You&rsquo;ll ensure the classroom is organized and ready for a safe, productive learning environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise and manage daily classroom functions.</li><li>Assess each child's developmental needs and work with the Lead Teacher to ensure they are met.</li><li>Prepare materials and maintain an engaging, well-kept classroom.</li><li>Maintain class bulletin boards and keep parents informed of what children are learning.</li><li>Assist with snacks, meals, naptime, and bathroom activities.</li><li>Attend staff meetings, workshops, and other school functions.</li><li>Observe all health, safety, and care regulations for children.</li><li>Perform light housekeeping duties in classrooms, common areas, and playgrounds.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>High School Diploma (required); CDA (preferred)</li><li>Must meet state requirements for the position.</li><li>Experience: Classroom teaching experience in an early childhood setting is preferred.</li><li>Must be Infant, Child, and Adult CPR/First Aid certified at the time of hire.</li><li>Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. for children&rsquo;s safety and emergency situations.</li><li>Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>A pleasant, friendly demeanor with an outgoing personality.</li></ul>If you&rsquo;re passionate about early childhood education and ready to make a lasting impact, apply today!Job Type: Full-timePay: $15.50 - $16.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
