You should be equally comfortable behind a camera, inside the edit, and working directly with clients to bring ideas to life. We want someone with strong production instincts, sharp editing skills, and a clear understanding of what makes video content perform in today&rsquo;s fast-moving digital and social landscape.You&rsquo;ll also play a key role in managing our in-house green screen studio and supporting all technical and creative aspects of production, including lighting, audio, shot planning, script support, and post-production.Key Responsibilities:Video Production:<ul><li>Plan, shoot, and edit professional video content that aligns with client goals and agency standards</li><li>Produce content for social media posts and ads, television commercials, promotional videos, and corporate projects</li><li>Capture high-quality footage using strong fundamentals in camera operation, lighting, framing, and sound</li><li>Help shape concepts, story structure, and scripts into compelling visual content</li></ul>Studio &amp; Production Support:<ul><li>Oversee and help maintain our green screen studio and production equipment</li><li>Ensure proper studio setup for lighting, audio, camera positioning, and overall production quality</li><li>Troubleshoot technical issues and help keep shoots running efficiently</li></ul>Editing &amp; Post-Production:<ul><li>Edit polished, engaging videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects</li><li>Create motion graphics, text animation, and visual treatments that enhance the final product</li><li>Format and optimize video content for multiple platforms, including social media, web, and broadcast</li><li>Maintain strong attention to pacing, storytelling, brand consistency, and audience engagement</li></ul>Client Communication:<ul><li>Communicate directly with clients during pre-production, production, and revision stages</li><li>Understand client goals and translate them into effective, results-driven video content</li><li>Collaborate with internal creative and marketing teams to ensure content supports larger campaign objectives</li></ul>Trend Awareness &amp; Innovation:<ul><li>Stay current on social media trends, video ad creative best practices, and platform-specific content styles</li><li>Understand how to edit for performance across channels such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn</li><li>Be comfortable using or experimenting with AI-assisted video tools and emerging production technology to improve workflow, efficiency, and creative output</li></ul>Project Management:<ul><li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.</li><li>Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum of 2 years of professional video production and editing experience</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Premiere Pro and After Effects</li><li>Experience producing content for social media, digital ads, television commercials, and corporate videos</li><li>Solid understanding of lighting, audio, shooting, editing, and visual storytelling</li><li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once</li><li>Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with clients</li><li>Must submit a demo reel with application</li><li>Must currently live in Cincinnati, Ohio, or be willing to relocate</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience creating short-form, social-first content designed to drive engagement and conversions</li><li>Familiarity with motion design, creative scripting, and ad-focused storytelling</li><li>Working knowledge of AI-powered video tools, automated editing workflows, captioning tools, or content repurposing platforms</li><li>Understanding of current digital marketing trends and how video fits into broader campaign performance.</li></ul>How to Apply: Interested candidates should submit their resume, cover letter, and a demo reel showcasing relevant work experience to [Insert Application Email/Link].PLEASE NOTE: Applications without a demo reel or cover letter will not be considered.No phone calls please.
