This role is responsible for driving engagement, audience growth, and brand awareness across all social platforms, ensuring alignment with the company&rsquo;s tone, voice, and visual identity.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement social media strategies that support programming, brand initiatives, and audience engagement goals.</li></ul><ul><li>Create, curate, and manage daily content (written, visual, and video) across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with producers, on-air talent, and marketing teams to promote shows, events, and digital initiatives.</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor analytics, performance metrics, and audience insights to optimize content and campaigns.</li></ul><ul><li>Manage paid social media campaigns and budgets as needed.</li></ul><ul><li>Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure the company remains innovative and competitive.</li></ul><ul><li>Engage directly with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and viewer feedback in a timely and professional manner.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with graphic design, video production, and editorial teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.</li></ul><ul><li>Track competitors and identify opportunities for audience growth and cross-platform engagement.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain social media calendars and ensure all deadlines are met for scheduled campaigns.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.</li></ul><ul><li>3+ years of experience managing social media for a media, entertainment, or broadcast organization (preferred).</li></ul><ul><li>Strong understanding of digital content strategy, community management, and social analytics.</li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency with social media tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later, etc.).</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for visual detail.</li></ul><ul><li>Experience working with video and short-form content platforms (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts).</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of SEO, digital advertising, and influencer collaboration a plus.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li></ul><ul><li>Flexible schedule &mdash; Monday through Friday, In-Office</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience</li></ul><ul><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance</li></ul><ul><li>Paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborative and creative work environment</li></ul>Why You&rsquo;ll Love It HereYou&rsquo;ll work directly with a tight-knit, experienced team driving one of the most recognized media brands in the tech space.
