<ul><li>Represent Kind Kones as a server with enthusiasm and a can-do spirit.</li><li>Greet customers warmly and explain our products and concept (vegan treats + inclusive crafts)</li><li>Assist customers in selecting ice cream flavors and DIY kits</li><li>Serve ice cream, prepare desserts and beverages.</li><li>Upsell product bundles, workshops, and add-on items</li><li>Engage with customers to deliver exceptional customer service.</li><li>Basic cashier duties. Handle payments accurately using POS systems</li><li>Assist in stock-taking. Restock inventory and prepare DIY kits as needed</li><li>Communicate the ethical and social impact behind our handmade craft materials.</li><li>Explain workshop options, product use, and care instructions</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work areas/outlets and ensure safe distancing is maintained. Maintain clean, organized displays for ice cream, crafts, and merchandise</li><li>Perform outlet opening and closing duties.</li><li>Ensure hygiene and safety standards are upheld (especially in food handling)</li><li>Assist with in-store workshops, school visits, and birthday parties</li></ul>Support setup and breakdown of events or pop-upsPay: RO180.000 - RO250.000 per monthWork Location: In person
