Barista / Service Crew

• Represent Kind Kones as a server with enthusiasm and a can-do spirit.
• Greet customers warmly and explain our products and concept (vegan treats + inclusive crafts)
• Assist customers in selecting ice cream flavors and DIY kits
• Serve ice cream, prepare desserts and beverages.
• Upsell product bundles, workshops, and add-on items
• Engage with customers to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Basic cashier duties. Handle payments accurately using POS systems
• Assist in stock-taking. Restock inventory and prepare DIY kits as needed
• Communicate the ethical and social impact behind our handmade craft materials.
• Explain workshop options, product use, and care instructions
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work areas/outlets and ensure safe distancing is maintained. Maintain clean, organized displays for ice cream, crafts, and merchandise
• Perform outlet opening and closing duties.
• Ensure hygiene and safety standards are upheld (especially in food handling)
• Assist with in-store workshops, school visits, and birthday parties

Pay: RO180.000 - RO250.000 per month

Work Location: In person
