The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of early childhood education and a proven track record in leadership and management within a nursery or similar setting. As the Nursery Director, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care and education for children, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment, and maintaining strong relationships with parents and the local community.**Qualifications:**- Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (Master&rsquo;s degree preferred) or CACHE Level 5.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.- Comprehensive knowledge of child development and early childhood education best practices.- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team.- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and health and safety standards for nurseries.- Passion for working with young children and their families.Job Type: Full-timePay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
