Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Undertake a lead support role to Employee Services Consultants and Directors to ensure a consistent high level of service and support is provided.</li><li>Deliver accurate and timely processing for employee benefits schemes including pensions, group risk, and healthcare.</li><li>Maintain up to date and compliant client records and documentation.</li><li>Oversee Auto-Enrolment compliance and manage scheme renewals and reviews.</li><li>Organise and prepare materials for client meetings and follow-up actions.</li><li>Act as a liaison between clients, consultants, providers, and insurers.</li><li>Process claims, payments, and policy documentation.</li><li>Draft client communications, presentations, and proposition documents.</li></ul>General Responsibilities<ul><li>Ensure compliance with internal systems and audit trails.</li><li>Support, train, and develop junior team members to enhance team efficiency.</li><li>Drive internal projects to streamline processes and improve client delivery.</li><li>Maintain accurate data on CRM and internal platforms.</li><li>Track your professional development and learning through an internal academy app.</li></ul>Skills and Experience<ul><li>Previous experience in Employee Services and Group Risk.</li><li>Previous experience providing accurate and timely administration support.</li><li>Working knowledge of mandatory compliance, Pensions, Business Protection and Insurers.</li><li>Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.</li><li>Strong communication and relationship building abilities.</li><li>High level of accuracy and attention to detail.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office, and experience using CRM/back-office systems.</li></ul>What?s on Offer<ul><li>Comprehensive salary dependent on experience.</li><li>Comprehensive benefits package.</li><li>Friendly and collaborative working environment.</li><li>Opportunities for development and progression.</li><li>Hybrid working flexibility (following induction).</li></ul>If you're looking for your next step in a lead support role within Employee Services and want to be part of a supportive and professional team, we'd love to hear from you.Apply now or get in touch for a confidential discussion.
