If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to our brand&rsquo;s success, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across various platforms.</li><li>Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that aligns with our branding and marketing goals.</li><li>Conduct SEO and keyword research to optimize content for search engines and enhance discoverability.</li><li>Utilize tools such as Hootsuite, Content Studio, and Adobe Creative Suite for scheduling posts, analyzing performance metrics, and managing campaigns.</li><li>Monitor social media channels for trends and insights through social listening techniques to inform strategy adjustments.</li><li>Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics to track performance metrics and report on campaign effectiveness.</li><li>Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner while fostering relationships with the online community.</li><li>Collaborate with the public relations team to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.</li><li>Assist in graphic design projects using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for promotional materials.</li><li>Create video content for social media platforms, ensuring high-quality production standards.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing with a strong portfolio showcasing content creation skills.</li><li>Proficiency in SEO practices, keyword research, web analytics, and e-commerce strategies.</li><li>Familiarity with social media advertising tools such as Facebook Advertising to run targeted campaigns effectively.</li><li>Strong graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and video editing software.</li><li>Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in all written communications.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.</li><li>A creative mindset paired with analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
