Key Responsibilities:Web Development<ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and web-based applications.</li><li>Collaborate with design and content teams for smooth integration.</li><li>Manage hosting, updates, backups, and performance optimization.</li><li>Implement security best practices and ensure cross-browser compatibility.</li></ul>Digital Media &amp; Branding<ul><li>Manage and update Kinster&rsquo;s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).</li><li>Create and post engaging content (graphics, videos, news updates, recruitment posts, etc.).</li><li>Coordinate with international teams to align content with brand goals.</li><li>Track analytics and engagement; suggest improvements for better reach.</li><li>Assist with online marketing campaigns and ad creatives when needed.</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Web Tech: PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.</li><li>Frameworks: Laravel / CodeIgniter / React / Vue.js.</li><li>CMS: WordPress (preferred).</li><li>Design Tools: Canva, Photoshop, or Figma.</li><li>Bonus: SEO basics, Google Analytics, or Meta Ads knowledge.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Web development: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>
