Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join a reputed hospital in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, handling hospital billing processes, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations and financial transactions
• Handle patient billing, insurance claims, and revenue reconciliation
• Prepare monthly financial reports and statements
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable
• Maintain general ledger and bank reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and hospital policies
• Assist with audits and financial planning
• Coordinate with internal departments for financial documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2–5 years of accounting experience (Hospital/Healthcare experience preferred)
• Knowledge of hospital billing and insurance processes is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Good communication skills

Salary: Competitive salary + benefits (as per experience)

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
