Accountant – Construction Experience Required (Minimum 5 Years)

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Accountant with construction industry experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day accounting operations, support project accounting, and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounting records and entries
• Prepare financial reports and statements
• Handle project/job costing and expense tracking
• Reconcile accounts and monitor budgets
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Support internal departments and external audits

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
• Experience in the construction industry is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CMA) are a plus
