Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Sever to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring a memorable dining experience. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities will help create a lively and welcoming atmosphere. Whether taking orders, serving food and beverages, or assisting guests with their needs, you will play a vital role in fostering guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.Duties<ul><li>Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit</li><li>Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS</li><li>Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards for fine dining or casual settings</li><li>Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities</li><li>Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and supporting food safety protocols</li><li>Assist with food preparation, food handling, and kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth service flow</li><li>Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to manage guest seating efficiently</li><li>Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightlife venues such as nightclubs</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms</li><li>Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor</li><li>Ability to manage time effectively during busy service periods</li><li>Previous host/hostess experience or serving background preferred</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing</li><li>Knowledge of food industry standards including food preparation, upselling techniques, and guest services</li><li>Experience with restaurant management tools such as OpenTable is a plus</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays</li></ul>Join our team where your energy fuels an exciting environment!
