Key Responsibilities:1. Outbound Calling:<ul><li>Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products/services and generate interest.</li><li>Follow a prepared script to provide information about the product or service.</li></ul>2. Lead Generation:<ul><li>Identify potential customers from provided databases or through research.</li><li>Qualify leads by understanding their needs and determining their interest level.</li></ul>3. Sales Conversion:<ul><li>Persuade customers to purchase products or services by explaining the benefits and answering questions.</li><li>Close sales and achieve weekly/monthly sales targets.</li></ul>4. Customer Relationship Management:<ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.</li><li>Address customer inquiries, complaints, and provide after-sales support.</li></ul>5. Data Management:<ul><li>Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales in the CRM system.</li><li>Prepare and submit regular reports on call activity, sales performance, and customer feedback.</li></ul>6. Continuous Learning:<ul><li>Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.</li></ul>Job Types: Fresher, Internship Contract length: 4 monthsPay: &#8377;7,000.00 - &#8377;10,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
