Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products/services and generate interest.
  • Follow a prepared script to provide information about the product or service.

2. Lead Generation:

  • Identify potential customers from provided databases or through research.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs and determining their interest level.

3. Sales Conversion:

  • Persuade customers to purchase products or services by explaining the benefits and answering questions.
  • Close sales and achieve weekly/monthly sales targets.

4. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and provide after-sales support.

5. Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales in the CRM system.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on call activity, sales performance, and customer feedback.

6. Continuous Learning:

  • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
