Objective of Maintenance

• To maintain machines at maximum operating speed and efficiency.
• To minimize the maintenance cost.
• To ensure best possible quality of output product.
• To reduce lead time and waste occurs due to the breakdown of parts.
• Check Machine running condition
• Mechanical maintenance
• Attend Breakdown of machines.

Types of maintenance: There are two main types of maintenance:

• Breakdown Maintenance
• Planned Maintenance
