We aim to make students job-ready through practical learning, real-world projects, and continuous mentoring.Job SummaryWe are looking for a UI/UX Designing Trainer who is passionate about teaching, mentoring, and shaping the next generation of designers. The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience in UI/UX design, proficiency in industry tools, and the ability to train students through real-world projects, workshops, and internships. This is a full-time onsite role based in Hyderabad.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Deliver end-to-end UI/UX design training through classroom-based, offline sessions.</li><li>Teach core UI/UX concepts including design principles, wireframing, prototyping, user research, usability testing, and WCAG accessibility guidelines.</li><li>Train students on industry tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Notion, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.</li><li>Guide students in creating professional UI/UX portfolios using platforms like Framer and Behance.</li><li>Work on in-house UI/UX projects and integrate live project experience into training modules.</li><li>Monitor student progress through one-on-one mentoring and provide constructive feedback.</li><li>Prepare students to be interview-ready through portfolio reviews, mock interviews, and industry best practices.</li><li>Plan and conduct workshops, bootcamps, and internship programs.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to maintain training quality and learning outcomes.</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Strong practical knowledge of UI/UX design methodologies and workflows.</li><li>Hands-on expertise in wireframing, prototyping, user research, and usability testing.</li><li>Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).</li><li>Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Notion, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.</li><li>Ability to communicate design concepts clearly and effectively.</li><li>Strong mentoring, presentation, and classroom management skills.</li><li>Passion for teaching and student development.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent qualification in Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, or a related field.</li><li>Hands-on industry experience as a UI/UX Designer.</li><li>Minimum 1&ndash;2 years of training, mentoring, or teaching experience in UI/UX that includeshandling classroom training, workshops, or internships.</li><li>Exposure to real-world projects and professional design workflows.</li><li>Prior experience working with students, interns, or junior designers is preferred.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Prior experience as a UI/UX Trainer, Mentor, or Faculty.</li><li>Experience handling classroom training, workshops, or internships.</li><li>Knowledge of current UI/UX trends and industry practices.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple batches and diverse student skill levels.Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent qualification in Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, or a related field.</li><li>Hands-on professional experience as a UI/UX Designer in an industry environment.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of overall experience in UI/UX Designing, which should include atleast 1-2 years in training, mentoring, or teaching experience.</li><li>Strong practical exposure to real-world projects and industry workflows.</li><li>Prior experience in training students, interns, or junior designers is highly preferred.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Opportunity to work with a growing skill development institute.</li><li>Hands-on involvement in real-world and in-house projects.</li><li>Collaborative and learning-focused work environment.</li><li>Competitive salary based on experience and expertise.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>How many total years of professional experience do you have in UI/UX Designing?</li><li>How many years of experience do you have in UI/UX training, mentoring, or teaching?</li><li>Are you willing to work in a full-time, onsite role in Hyderabad?</li><li>Do you have experience teaching end-to-end UI/UX concepts, including wireframing, prototyping, user research, usability testing, and WCAG accessibility guidelines?</li><li>What is current Salary?
