Job Summary

We are looking for a UI/UX Designing Trainer who is passionate about teaching, mentoring, and shaping the next generation of designers. The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience in UI/UX design, proficiency in industry tools, and the ability to train students through real-world projects, workshops, and internships. This is a full-time onsite role based in Hyderabad.Key Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end UI/UX design training through classroom-based, offline sessions.
• Teach core UI/UX concepts including design principles, wireframing, prototyping, user research, usability testing, and WCAG accessibility guidelines.
• Train students on industry tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Notion, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Guide students in creating professional UI/UX portfolios using platforms like Framer and Behance.
• Work on in-house UI/UX projects and integrate live project experience into training modules.
• Monitor student progress through one-on-one mentoring and provide constructive feedback.
• Prepare students to be interview-ready through portfolio reviews, mock interviews, and industry best practices.
• Plan and conduct workshops, bootcamps, and internship programs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to maintain training quality and learning outcomes.

Required Skills

• Strong practical knowledge of UI/UX design methodologies and workflows.
• Hands-on expertise in wireframing, prototyping, user research, and usability testing.
• Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Notion, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Ability to communicate design concepts clearly and effectively.
• Strong mentoring, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Passion for teaching and student development.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• Hands-on industry experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Minimum 1–2 years of training, mentoring, or teaching experience in UI/UX that includeshandling classroom training, workshops, or internships.
• Exposure to real-world projects and professional design workflows.
• Prior experience working with students, interns, or junior designers is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as a UI/UX Trainer, Mentor, or Faculty.
• Experience handling classroom training, workshops, or internships.
• Knowledge of current UI/UX trends and industry practices.
• Ability to manage multiple batches and diverse student skill levels.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• Hands-on professional experience as a UI/UX Designer in an industry environment.
• Minimum 3 years of overall experience in UI/UX Designing, which should include atleast 1-2 years in training, mentoring, or teaching experience.
• Strong practical exposure to real-world projects and industry workflows.
• Prior experience in training students, interns, or junior designers is highly preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
