CX/UX Designer

About the Role:

As a CX/UX Designer, you will build upon your UX design foundation to take on greater responsibility in shaping user experiences. You’ll design detailed wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes while contributing to user research and usability testing efforts. This role offers the opportunity to refine your skills and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Responsibilities:
  • Design wireframes, storyboards, and user flows with moderate supervision.
  • Collaborate with team members to conduct user research and gather feedback.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop user-centric design solutions.
  • Develop interactive prototypes to communicate design intentions.
  • Document and organize design assets for easy access and reuse.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides.
  • Work with product managers and developers to align user needs with business goals.
  • Present design concepts and research findings to stakeholders.
  • Implement user feedback to iterate and refine design solutions.
  • Stay informed on UX trends and share relevant insights with the team.
  • Partner with developers to ensure design specifications are accurately implemented.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in UX design or a related role.
  • Wireframing: Highly skilled in creating detailed wireframes and user flows.
  • Prototyping: Ability to create interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Design Systems: Knowledge of using and maintaining design systems and style guides.
  • Design Tools: Advanced proficiency in Figma.
  • Collaboration: Strong teamwork and communication skills for cross-functional work.
  • Presentation: Ability to effectively present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
  • Iteration: Skilled in refining designs based on user feedback and testing outcomes.
  • Coding: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS concepts
  • Must be proficient in English (spoken and written)
Financial industry experience preferred, but not required
