We are looking for a creative, outgoing, and Qatar-obsessed Content Creator to run and grow our hyper-local community social media pages (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter/X, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook). Your mission: make Qataris and residents feel proud, connected, and entertained every time they open our pages. You will create fun, authentic, relatable, and shareable content that celebrates life in Qatar &mdash; from hidden gems and local humor to events, food, culture, and everyday moments.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, shoot, edit, and publish 4&ndash;8 pieces of content daily (Reels, TikToks, Stories, Carousels, etc.)</li><li>Create trending, viral-style short videos (15&ndash;60 sec) with strong hooks, local Arabic slang, Qatari humor, and trending sounds</li><li>Write engaging Arabic &amp; English captions that drive comments and shares</li><li>Appear on camera regularly (face of the page) &mdash; you must be comfortable and confident on camera</li><li>Cover local events, restaurant openings, beaches, souqs, deserts, and community happenings around Qatar</li><li>Interview locals, expats, and small business owners (street interviews, &ldquo;man on the street&rdquo; style)</li><li>Stay on top of Qatar trends, memes, national days, football matches, and seasonal events (Ramadan, Eid, National Day, AFC Asian Cup, etc.)</li><li>Collaborate with local cafes, brands, and influencers for sponsored content and giveaways</li><li>Analyze performance (insights) and adapt content strategy to maximize reach and engagement</li><li>Manage community comments and DMs in a friendly, authentic tone</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Skills<ul><li>Currently living in Qatar (must know the local culture deeply)</li><li>Native-level Arabic (Qatari/Gulf dialect is a big advantage) + excellent English</li><li>Proven experience creating viral content (please share your personal or previous page links)</li><li>Expert in CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere Rush</li><li>Strong on-camera presence and personality (funny, warm, and relatable)</li><li>Deep knowledge of Instagram Reels, TikTok trends, and Snapchat spotlight</li><li>Understanding of Qatar&rsquo;s social media laws and cultural sensitivities</li><li>Available to shoot outdoors often (car + driving license is a plus)</li><li>Creative eye for aesthetics, lighting, and trending edits</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From QAR4,500.00 per month
