Content Creator

We are looking for a creative, outgoing, and Qatar-obsessed Content Creator to run and grow our hyper-local community social media pages (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter/X, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook).
Your mission: make Qataris and residents feel proud, connected, and entertained every time they open our pages. You will create fun, authentic, relatable, and shareable content that celebrates life in Qatar — from hidden gems and local humor to events, food, culture, and everyday moments.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, edit, and publish 4–8 pieces of content daily (Reels, TikToks, Stories, Carousels, etc.)
• Create trending, viral-style short videos (15–60 sec) with strong hooks, local Arabic slang, Qatari humor, and trending sounds
• Write engaging Arabic & English captions that drive comments and shares
• Appear on camera regularly (face of the page) — you must be comfortable and confident on camera
• Cover local events, restaurant openings, beaches, souqs, deserts, and community happenings around Qatar
• Interview locals, expats, and small business owners (street interviews, “man on the street” style)
• Stay on top of Qatar trends, memes, national days, football matches, and seasonal events (Ramadan, Eid, National Day, AFC Asian Cup, etc.)
• Collaborate with local cafes, brands, and influencers for sponsored content and giveaways
• Analyze performance (insights) and adapt content strategy to maximize reach and engagement
• Manage community comments and DMs in a friendly, authentic tone

Requirements & Skills

• Currently living in Qatar (must know the local culture deeply)
• Native-level Arabic (Qatari/Gulf dialect is a big advantage) + excellent English
• Proven experience creating viral content (please share your personal or previous page links)
• Expert in CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere Rush
• Strong on-camera presence and personality (funny, warm, and relatable)
• Deep knowledge of Instagram Reels, TikTok trends, and Snapchat spotlight
• Understanding of Qatar’s social media laws and cultural sensitivities
• Available to shoot outdoors often (car + driving license is a plus)
• Creative eye for aesthetics, lighting, and trending edits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From QAR4,500.00 per month
