If you are passionate about sales, thrive on building relationships, and enjoy making a meaningful difference, this is an excellent opportunity to grow within the financial services industry.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Proactively engage with clients through outside sales efforts to assess financial needs and recommend tailored solutions</li><li>Present and sell a variety of financial products, including insurance policies and investment options</li><li>Apply strong negotiation skills to close sales while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction</li><li>Manage administrative tasks such as documentation, follow-ups, and accurate record-keeping</li><li>Analyze client information to develop strategic, goal-oriented financial recommendations</li><li>Clearly communicate complex financial concepts in a way that is easy for clients to understand</li><li>Contribute to marketing initiatives aimed at generating new business and expanding the client base</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Demonstrated experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing&mdash;preferably within financial services or insurance</li><li>Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus</li><li>Solid organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail in sales administration</li><li>Knowledge of insurance products, benefits administration, and compliance standards (including HIPAA)</li><li>Proven ability to build trust, deliver exceptional service, and maintain long-term client relationships</li><li>Understanding of marketing strategies to support business growth</li></ul>Why Join Us?
