Key Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with clients through outside sales efforts to assess financial needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Present and sell a variety of financial products, including insurance policies and investment options
• Apply strong negotiation skills to close sales while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction
• Manage administrative tasks such as documentation, follow-ups, and accurate record-keeping
• Analyze client information to develop strategic, goal-oriented financial recommendations
• Clearly communicate complex financial concepts in a way that is easy for clients to understand
• Contribute to marketing initiatives aimed at generating new business and expanding the client base

Qualifications & Skills

• Demonstrated experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing—preferably within financial services or insurance
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus
• Solid organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail in sales administration
• Knowledge of insurance products, benefits administration, and compliance standards (including HIPAA)
• Proven ability to build trust, deliver exceptional service, and maintain long-term client relationships
• Understanding of marketing strategies to support business growth

Pay: $5,500.00 - $12,000.00 per month
