This role offers a unique opportunity for passionate early childhood education specialists to enhance the lives of young children while growing professionally in a supportive, collaborative environment.Position Overview:As an Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing, safe, and stimulating learning environment for children. You will collaborate closely with other faculty members to develop and implement a creative, age-appropriate curriculum that fosters social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. This position requires a commitment to ongoing professional development and active participation in school activities, events, and meetings.Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree / Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.</li><li>Prior experience in a preschool or early childhood classroom setting.</li><li>Strong communication skills and a warm, nurturing demeanor.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills.</li><li>A positive team player who is resourceful, proactive, flexible, and creative.</li><li>Familiarity with the Reggio Emilia philosophy is a plus.</li><li>Successful completion of a background check.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement an engaging, age-appropriate curriculum.</li><li>Support the social and emotional growth of all students.</li><li>Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that promotes independent and group learning.</li><li>Manage student behavior to provide a positive and secure learning atmosphere.</li><li>Assess and document student progress to ensure continuous communication with students, parents, and the administration.</li><li>Write personalized narratives, complete progress reports, and conduct parent-teacher conferences to provide constructive feedback on student progress.</li><li>Foster a cooperative educational team by keeping parents informed and involved.</li><li>Establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with students, parents, and staff.</li><li>Demonstrate respect for diversity by incorporating cultural values and beliefs within the classroom community.</li><li>Participate in ongoing professional development, logistics meetings, parent meetings, school events, grade-level meetings, and other school-related activities.</li><li>Mentor and support teacher assistants or co-teachers in maintaining an optimal learning environment.</li></ul>Pay: From $17.00 per hourExperience:<ul><li>Preschool: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
