CASE MANAGER &ndash; PROGRAM SPECIALISTKlamath &amp; Lake Counties Council on Aging (KLCCOA)Reports To: Executive Director Program Oversight Coordination With: Program Manager Compliance Coordination With: Data &amp; Compliance Officer FLSA Status: Non-ExemptPosition SummaryKLCCOA is seeking a skilled and compassionate Case Manager to provide client-centered services to older adults and veterans.
