<div><p><b>OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION</b></p>
<p>
This position requires an actively licensed and credential-ready Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). The role combines psychiatric expertise with compassionate care, addressing complex mental health needs while fostering collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.</p>
<p>
The psychiatric nurse practitioner will assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans that may include medication management and therapeutic interventions. This role involves regular evaluation of patients using Klarisana&rsquo;s ketamine protocols and contributing to a comprehensive, holistic care model.</p>
<p>
Primary responsibilities will include: medication management; conducting new patient intakes; and supporting in-clinic patient care as needed, such as administration of ketamine.</p>
<p><b>
DUTIES</b></p>
<p>
 Conduct thorough psychiatric assessments and provide evidence-based diagnoses.</p>
<p>
 Collaborate with patients to create personalized treatment plans.</p>
<p>
 Prescribe, monitor, and adjust psychiatric medications while educating patients on their use.</p>
<p>
 Perform new patient intakes and evaluations, including regular review of high-utilization ketamine therapy patients, and documentation for prior authorizations as needed.</p>
<p>
 Work closely with therapists, physicians, and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.</p>
<p>
 Evaluate and monitor the safety and efficacy of ketamine treatments in alignment with Klarisana&rsquo;s protocols.</p>
<p>
 Support in-clinic needs as required, administering and monitoring ketamine treatment.</p>
<p>
 Document clinical work in a timely manner using electronic health record (EHR) systems.</p>
<p>
 Stay updated on psychiatric and psychedelic treatment advancements through training and professional development.</p>
<p>
 Participate in clinical supervision, case consultations, and team meetings.</p>
<p>
 Adhere to professional licensure guidelines and seek consultation when appropriate.</p>
<p>
 Support patients during appointments, including walking them to cars or other locations if needed.</p>
<p>
 Review and stay up to date on Klarisana policy and procedure.</p>

QUALIFICATIONS</b></div>
<ul><li>
<p><b>Licensure:</b></p>
</li><li><ul><li>
<div>Active and unrestricted Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner license for Colorado and/or Texas required</div>
</li><li>
<div>Valid Prescriptive Authority in the State of Colorado and/or Texas required</div>
</li><li>
<div>Current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) license in Colorado and/or Texas required</div>
</li></ul>
</li><li><div><b>Certification:</b></div>
</li><li><ul><li>
<div>Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)</div>
</li><li>
<div>Active BLS required</div>
</li></ul>
</li><li><p><b>Experience:</b> Preferred experience in psychiatric medication management. Working with patients impacted by depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other conditions</p>
</li><li>
<p>Familiarity with ketamine therapy or other psychedelic treatments, including Spravato, is a plus. Training will be provided for individuals new to these modalities.</p></li></ul><p></p><div><b><br>
