We are looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant based in the United States to join our team and provide remote administrative support to our leadership and operations teams. In this role, you will manage emails, schedule meetings, handle data entry, coordinate travel, and perform a variety of administrative tasks that keep our organization running smoothly. If you are proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a remote environment, this role offers variety, flexibility, and meaningful impact. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and organize shared inboxes, responding to or routing inquiries as appropriate.</li><li>Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and calls across multiple time zones.</li><li>Send meeting reminders, prepare agendas, and take minutes as needed.</li><li>Draft, proofread, and format emails, memos, letters, and other business correspondence.</li><li>Create and organize digital files, folders, and documentation for easy retrieval.</li><li>Create, format, and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.</li><li>Assist with special projects, research, and ad-hoc tasks as needed.</li></ul> Requirements<ul><li>Residents of the United States are strongly encouraged to apply.</li><li>Previous experience as a virtual assistant, administrative assistant, or in a related remote support role is preferred.
