 Role Description
 
 
 
 We are seeking an
 
 Air
 
 
 Export&amp;Import Operation Representative
 
 &nbsp;based in &Idot;stanbul, who will regularly monitor air freight operational processes and ensure a continuous flow of information and updates to both internal and external customers.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Act as a key point of communication and coordination between service providers (airlines, suppliers, customs brokers, airport offices, insurance companies, etc.) and overseas offices on behalf of customers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with sales teams to support both new and existing customers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Take proactive steps to identify and resolve any potential issues quickly, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain regular communication with airport offices to ensure smooth execution of export operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and manage shipments through the local Transportation Management System (SOFT).
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Profile:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (preferably in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field)
 </li>
 <li>
 1&ndash;3 years of experience in customer service or a similar role within the logistics or air freight industry
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong command of written and spoken English
 </li>
 <li>
 DGR certification is an advantage
 </li>
 <li>
 Based in Istanbul Europe side
 </li>
 <li>
 SOFT knowledge preferred
 </li>
