Company: Speak Global Sourcing know by the brand Klothon www.klothon.comAbout Us Klothon is a B2B workwear and uniforms specialist serving corporates across industries, with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and long-term partnerships.Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Telesales Executive with proven B2B credentials and strong research capabilities to support our sales and lead-generation efforts.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Outbound calling to corporate prospects (HR, Admin, Procurement, Operations)</li><li>Use CRM tools to manage leads, call logs, follow-ups, and pipeline hygiene</li><li>Leverage LinkedIn (including Sales Navigator) for prospect identification and validation</li><li>Conduct website and Google-based research to build and enrich prospect profiles</li><li>Work with existing databases, cleanse data, and identify new opportunities</li><li>Introduce Klothon&rsquo;s uniform and workwear solutions and qualify leads</li><li>Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team</li><li>Maintain accurate and structured records of all interactions</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in B2B telecalling / inside sales (mandatory)</li><li>Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)</li><li>Practical knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, online research, and lead sourcing</li><li>Experience working with and managing large prospect databases</li><li>Prior exposure to uniforms, workwear, or corporate/B2B products is a strong advantage</li><li>Strong communication skills in English (Hindi / Arabic is a plus)</li><li>Professional calling etiquette, confidence with senior stakeholders, and a results-driven mindset</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Salary: Right candidate, right package</li><li>Performance-linked incentives available</li></ul>Why Klothon<ul><li>Focused B2B niche with high-quality corporate clients</li><li>Structured sales approach, not random telecalling</li><li>Growth-oriented, professional environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
