Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Telesales Executive with proven B2B credentials and strong research capabilities to support our sales and lead-generation efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound calling to corporate prospects (HR, Admin, Procurement, Operations)
- Use CRM tools to manage leads, call logs, follow-ups, and pipeline hygiene
- Leverage LinkedIn (including Sales Navigator) for prospect identification and validation
- Conduct website and Google-based research to build and enrich prospect profiles
- Work with existing databases, cleanse data, and identify new opportunities
- Introduce Klothon’s uniform and workwear solutions and qualify leads
- Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate and structured records of all interactions
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B telecalling / inside sales (mandatory)
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Practical knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, online research, and lead sourcing
- Experience working with and managing large prospect databases
- Prior exposure to uniforms, workwear, or corporate/B2B products is a strong advantage
- Strong communication skills in English (Hindi / Arabic is a plus)
- Professional calling etiquette, confidence with senior stakeholders, and a results-driven mindset
