 Role Overview
 
 
 We are looking for an enthusiastic and empathetic Customer Associate who will play a dual role in lead nurturing and customer relationship management. You will be the voice of the brand &mdash; guiding potential buyers through their purchase journey, resolving queries, and delivering a smooth and delightful experience.
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 Lead Nurturing
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Interact with inbound leads across WhatsApp, calls, email, and social media.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understand customer expectations, use-cases and pain points; provide the right product information.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build trust by offering personalised demos, comparisons, and feature explanations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up with warm leads consistently (without being pushy) to support decision-making.
 
 
 </li>

 Customer Experience &amp; Support
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist customers pre-purchase and post-purchase &mdash; installation, onboarding, usage queries, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track open customer tickets and ensure timely resolution by coordinating with internal teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate customer and lead logs in CRM tools.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Insights &amp; Collaboration
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Capture customer concerns, FAQs, feedback and feature requests; share inputs with product &amp; marketing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify opportunities to upsell / cross-sell when relevant &mdash; ethically and with value focus.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Contribute ideas to improve sales scripts, help docs, and customer communication.
 
 
 
 Requirements
