Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and empathetic Customer Associate who will play a dual role in lead nurturing and customer relationship management. You will be the voice of the brand — guiding potential buyers through their purchase journey, resolving queries, and delivering a smooth and delightful experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Nurturing

Interact with inbound leads across WhatsApp, calls, email, and social media.

Understand customer expectations, use-cases and pain points; provide the right product information.

Build trust by offering personalised demos, comparisons, and feature explanations.

Follow up with warm leads consistently (without being pushy) to support decision-making.
Customer Experience & Support

Assist customers pre-purchase and post-purchase — installation, onboarding, usage queries, etc.

Track open customer tickets and ensure timely resolution by coordinating with internal teams.

Maintain accurate customer and lead logs in CRM tools.
Insights & Collaboration

Capture customer concerns, FAQs, feedback and feature requests; share inputs with product & marketing.

Identify opportunities to upsell / cross-sell when relevant — ethically and with value focus.
Contribute ideas to improve sales scripts, help docs, and customer communication.
Requirements
What Makes You a Great Fit

0–1 years of experience in Customer Support, Inside Sales, or Relationship Management.

Excellent communication skills — friendly, crisp, and reassuring.

Tech-savvy and comfortable learning smart consumer devices.
