1. Construction &amp; Installation<ul><li>Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood, plywood, and other materials according to design specifications.</li><li>Construct, install, and repair doors, windows, frames, staircases, furniture, cabinets, and wooden fixtures.</li><li>Install flooring, roofing, partitions, and wooden structures on construction sites or in workshops.</li><li>Use manual and power tools such as saws, drills, planers, and sanders for precision work.</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine project requirements.</li></ul>2. Maintenance &amp; Repair<ul><li>Inspect wooden structures and fixtures for damage, wear, or defects.</li><li>Repair or replace damaged woodwork and fittings.</li><li>Refinish wooden surfaces by sanding, varnishing, or painting.</li><li>Perform preventive maintenance on existing furniture and fittings.</li></ul>3. Material Preparation &amp; Planning<ul><li>Select appropriate types of wood and materials based on project needs.</li><li>Estimate materials, dimensions, and labor requirements for assigned tasks.</li><li>Ensure proper measurement and alignment during installation for a perfect finish.</li></ul>4. Safety &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Follow safety standards and building codes while working on site.</li><li>Use personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, masks, and goggles.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent hazards.</li></ul>5. Coordination &amp; Teamwork<ul><li>Work closely with builders, electricians, plumbers, and site supervisors.</li><li>Assist in planning and designing custom woodwork as per client specifications.</li><li>Supervise and train junior carpenters or apprentices, if applicable.</li></ul>6. Tools &amp; Equipment<ul><li>Operate and maintain tools such as chisels, hammers, screwdrivers, drills, saws, and measuring tapes.</li><li>Ensure tools are well-maintained and in safe working condition.</li></ul>7.
