Job Title: Learning Support Tutor Location: Centre based near York Salary: 27,600 Type: Full Time, Permanent This is an exciting role for someone passionate about education and rehabilitation, who has the ability to motivate and inspire diverse learners. Duties: <ul><li>Support and work closely with Tutors and Learners by helping deliver enrichment sessions and educational activities.</li><li>Provide support to both individuals and groups of learners, to ensure learners maintain engagement with course materials and improve self-confidence.</li><li>Create a positive learning environment, engage learners in meaningful experiences, and encourage their personal development.</li><li>Assist in the development of inspiring and creative learning activities/resources which cater to diverse learner needs.</li><li>Monitor and maintain records based on learner attendance and progression.</li><li>Offer continuous support, through addressing any barriers to engagement and learning, and supporting your learners to remain focussed on their goals and aspirations, ensuring a positive environment is fostered for their own personal growth. </li></ul>Essential Criteria: <ul><li>Hold - or be willing to work towards - a recognised Teaching qualification at Level 3.</li><li>Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with all learners effectively.</li><li>Flexibility with working hours as required (to be discussed with your recruiter). </li><li>Strong attention to detail.</li></ul>Please note: KM Recruitment receive a high number of applications for each role advertised and although we would like to we are not always able to deliver feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
