We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to manage daily site operations, material tracking, vendor coordination, and overall project execution. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to report progress accurately.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Should have good knowledge of construction materials used in civil works.</li><li>Ability to take charge of day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per plan.</li><li>Maintain accurate tracking of materials delivered, used, and required at site.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and vendors for smooth workflow.</li><li>Ensure quality control and verify work meets engineering standards.</li><li>Monitor daily progress of site works and highlight delays or issues.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation of site activities and material usage.</li><li>Should be willing to travel to different site locations as required.</li><li>At the end of each day, prepare and submit a daily report to the Managing Director.</li></ul>Allowances Provided:<ul><li>Travel Allowance</li><li>Petrol Allowance</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Diploma / B.E in Civil Engineering.</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in site execution and material management.</li><li>Strong understanding of construction drawings and materials.</li><li>Good communication and reporting skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Civil Engineer (Site Engineer)

We are looking for an experienced Back-End Executive to support project operations by managing material purchases, coordinating with vendors, maintaining documentation, and ensuring timely updates to the management. The candidate should have strong negotiation skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle multiple project requirements efficiently.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Should have good knowledge of materials used in civil and construction projects.</li><li>Manage purchase of materials based on site requirements and project schedules.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors for quotations, pricing, delivery timelines, and follow-ups.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation of purchase orders, quotations, invoices, and material records.</li><li>Ensure timely delivery of materials to different project sites through consistent follow-up.</li><li>Evaluate vendor quotations and apply strong negotiation skills to secure the best rates.</li><li>Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for daily material updates.</li><li>Maintain and update material tracking sheets, logs, and other project documentation.</li><li>Provide regular status reports and communicate delays or issues to the Managing Director / Project Manager.</li><li>Support project operations by ensuring smooth communication between office and site.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Any Degree / Diploma.</li><li>5&ndash;6 years of experience in project coordination, procurement, or back-end operations.</li><li>Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.</li><li>Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
