Role Overview &ndash;The Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment acrossmultiple roles, with a strong focus on bulk and volume hiring. This role requires aproactive individual who can maintain a steady talent pipeline through activesourcing, extensive calling, and effective coordination with internal teams andexternal partners.Key Responsibilities-&#61623; Drive bulk hiring for voice, non-voice, and support roles across variousbusiness units.&#61623; Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, coordinatinginterviews, and ensuring timely closures.&#61623; Maintain a daily calling target of 150+ calls to ensure a healthy candidatepipeline.&#61623; Source candidates through consultancies, job portals, social media platforms,and internal databases.&#61623; Build and manage strong relationships with external hiring partners andconsultancies.&#61623; Track daily hiring metrics and maintain accurate candidate data using Exceltrackers or ATS tools.&#61623; Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirementsand hiring priorities.&#61623; Meet defined TATs, quality standards, and monthly hiring targets.Requirements-&#61623; Graduate with 2&ndash;5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a BPO /KPO / staffing / consultancy setup.&#61623; Proven track record in bulk or volume hiring.&#61623; Comfortable making high daily call volumes (150+ calls).&#61623; Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.&#61623; Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.&#61623; Proficiency with MS Excel, recruitment trackers, and basic ATS tools.What We Offer-Opportunity to be part of a high-performing, collaborative recruitment team.Exposure to diverse hiring projects and global client requirements.
