Job Title: Insights Analyst

Schedule: 5 Days a Week | Rotational Shifts | Rotational Week Off

Experience: 3–6 Years

CTC- 12 LPA

Required Skills & Experience Must-Haves

• 3–6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Product Management, Business

Analysis, CX/Support Ops, or a similar analytical role.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience interpreting customer usage data, dashboards, and support insights.

• Skilled in preparing structured documentation and presenting insights to stakeholders.

• Effective cross-functional communication and ability to influence without authority.

• Comfort working with AI tools for analysis and workflow enhancement.

Preferred

• Background in SaaS or subscription-based product environments.

• Experience with support systems such as Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk.

• Exposure to product-led growth, onboarding, or customer journey mapping.

• Understanding of metrics such as adoption, churn risk, activation rates, and

feature usage.
