Knowledgewoods, a leading EdTech organization specializing in professional certification training, is looking for a creative and skilled Social Media Executive to manage all social media platforms, create high-quality content, and increase brand awareness. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on knowledge of Adobe Photoshop along with social media content creation and posting expertise.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and handle all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter (X)</li><li>Plan and execute daily and weekly social media posts as per the content calendar</li><li>Create engaging educational, promotional, and branding content for professional certification courses</li><li>Design social media creatives, banners, carousels, posters, and thumbnails using Adobe Photoshop</li><li>Create and edit reels, short videos, and promotional videos for social media platforms</li><li>Increase brand awareness, engagement, reach, and organic follower growth</li><li>Write impactful captions, hashtags, and CTAs aligned with the Knowledgewoods brand tone</li><li>Promote webinars, demo sessions, success stories, testimonials, and course launches</li><li>Monitor comments, DMs, and inquiries; respond professionally and in a timely manner</li><li>Track social media performance and share insights for continuous improvement</li><li>Stay updated with EdTech trends, social media updates, and competitor activities</li></ul>Mandatory Skills &amp; Tools Must-Have<ul><li>Adobe Photoshop (Mandatory &ndash; strong working knowledge required)</li><li>Hands-on experience in creating social media creatives from scratch</li><li>Strong understanding of social media formats (posts, reels, stories, shorts)</li></ul>Additional Tools (Good to Have)<ul><li>Canva (quick creatives and resizing)</li><li>Video editing tools: CapCut, InShot, VN, Adobe Premiere Pro</li><li>Social media scheduling tools: Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Graduate in Marketing, Media, Mass Communication, Design, or related field</li><li>Digital Marketing / Social Media Certification is an added advantage</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>0&ndash;2 years of experience in social media handling (EdTech preferred)</li><li>Freshers with strong Adobe Photoshop skills and creative portfolio may apply</li></ul>Why Join Knowledgewoods?<ul><li>Opportunity to work with a growing EdTech brand</li><li>Creative ownership of social media presence</li><li>Exposure to professional certification marketing and industry experts</li><li>Learning and career growth in digital marketing</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship Contract length: 12 monthsPay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Noida: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Secondary(10th Pass) (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Fluent English (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Noida (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
