Social Media Manager

Knowledgewoods, a leading EdTech organization specializing in professional certification training, is looking for a creative and skilled Social Media Executive to manage all social media platforms, create high-quality content, and increase brand awareness. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on knowledge of Adobe Photoshop along with social media content creation and posting expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and handle all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter (X)
• Plan and execute daily and weekly social media posts as per the content calendar
• Create engaging educational, promotional, and branding content for professional certification courses
• Design social media creatives, banners, carousels, posters, and thumbnails using Adobe Photoshop
• Create and edit reels, short videos, and promotional videos for social media platforms
• Increase brand awareness, engagement, reach, and organic follower growth
• Write impactful captions, hashtags, and CTAs aligned with the Knowledgewoods brand tone
• Promote webinars, demo sessions, success stories, testimonials, and course launches
• Monitor comments, DMs, and inquiries; respond professionally and in a timely manner
• Track social media performance and share insights for continuous improvement
• Stay updated with EdTech trends, social media updates, and competitor activities

Mandatory Skills & Tools
Must-Have

• Adobe Photoshop (Mandatory – strong working knowledge required)
• Hands-on experience in creating social media creatives from scratch
• Strong understanding of social media formats (posts, reels, stories, shorts)

Additional Tools (Good to Have)

• Canva (quick creatives and resizing)
• Video editing tools: CapCut, InShot, VN, Adobe Premiere Pro
• Social media scheduling tools: Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Marketing, Media, Mass Communication, Design, or related field
• Digital Marketing / Social Media Certification is an added advantage

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in social media handling (EdTech preferred)
• Freshers with strong Adobe Photoshop skills and creative portfolio may apply

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
