About the Role</b></div><div>

What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></div><div>
As the HR Assistant, you&rsquo;ll be the heartbeat of our HR operations. You&rsquo;ll support our people programs, help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes, and foster the communication and culture that make KNS a great place to work.</div><div><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></div><ul><li>
Support company culture initiatives, recognition programs, and engagement activities.</li><li>
Assist with scheduling meetings, events, and onboarding sessions.</li><li>
Serve as a communication hub &mdash; helping craft and share company updates and announcements.</li><li>
Help coordinate new hire processes including offer letters, onboarding, and training schedules.</li><li>
Maintain organized HR records and systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.</li><li>
Partner with HR leadership on key projects and process improvements.</li><li>
Provide administrative support for employee programs, performance cycles, recruiting, and surveys.</li></ul><div><b>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For</b></div><ul><li>
1&ndash;3 years of HR, administrative, or coordination experience preferred.</li><li>
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.</li><li>
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.</li><li>
A proactive, positive attitude and passion for helping people.</li><li>
Tech-savvy with comfort using HR systems, spreadsheets, communication tools, and Microsoft office tools.</li><li>
A professional who acts with integrity and maintains confidentiality at all times.</li><li>
