We are hiring a Marine Logistics Specialist based in Mumbai to support our high-volume US operations. You will provide end-to-end support for spot bookings, booking amendments, and pre-bookings, proactively monitor carrier notifications and schedule changes, and manage exceptions (rollovers, missed sailings, etc.). This role operates on rotational 9-hour shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM IST and 3:30 AM IST, aligned to business needs.
Our Team
You will join a Marine &amp; Logistics team that supports a global recycled-fiber trading network, working closely with Marine, Sales, Transportation, and Freight Forwarder partners. The team enables timely movement of freight by delivering booking accuracy, space visibility, and fast exception resolution.
What You Will Do 
<ul><li>
Ensure spot bookings are executed accurately and within defined timelines to secure space and minimize operational disruption.</li><li>
Create and manage pre-bookings to align capacity planning with trading and operational needs.</li><li>
Monitor carrier notifications (cut-off changes, vessel delays, receiving-window adjustments) and translate those advisories into clear operational impact for internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>
Coordinate cross-functionally (Inside Sales, Transportation, Freight Forwarders, operations) to resolve booking exceptions such as rollovers, missed sailings, and schedule advancements.</li><li>
Maintain visibility of space constraints and communicate bookings that could not be secured, including carrier-specific limitations.</li><li>
Serve as the central point of coordination between carriers and internal teams to keep booking status aligned and transparent.</li><li>
Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reflect operational changes and improve booking accuracy and response times.</li></ul> 
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) 
<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.</li><li>
Minimum 6 years of experience in vessel booking, ocean freight operations, or shipping line coordination.</li><li>
Experience in a high-volume, deadline-driven vessel booking environment.</li><li>
Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), carrier booking portals, and reporting tools.</li><li>
Availability and prior experience working rotational shifts within the 7:00 AM IST - 3:30 AM IST window.</li></ul>

Practical knowledge of export shipping processes and terminology (e.g., what a booking entails, carrier cut-offs).</li><li>
Hands-on experience supporting spot booking amendments and handling urgent booking changes.</li><li>
Practical understanding of pre-booking timelines and planning to secure capacity.</li><li>
Experience working directly with steamship line carriers and freight forwarders.</li><li>
Strong coordination, stakeholder communication, and follow-up skills; experience managing multiple priorities and time-sensitive exceptions.</li></ul>

Koch Engineered Solutions (KES), through its John Zink brand, is seeking a proactive and technically capable Inside Sales Engineer - Aftermarket to expand our aftermarket capability and better serve customers across the Middle East region. This high-impact, customer-facing role will act as the primary hub between Middle East team, and our global sales, execution, and service functions. You will own customer inquiries and opportunities through the inquiry-to-project lifecycle, converting demand into high-quality proposals and ensuring exceptional delivery and customer satisfaction.
Location: Dammam Office (Primary) supporting Middle East region (Primarily office-based with periodic customer visits as required)

What You Will Do
<ul><li>Serve as the primary technical and commercial contact for aftermarket inquiries from the Middle East routed via the Dammam office.
</li><li>Provide practical, timely technical support and clear recommendations to customers and internal stakeholders.
</li><li>Prepare competitive, accurate proposals (parts, upgrades, services) and manage a seamless handover to Execution and Service teams.
</li><li>Evaluate technical and commercial options balancing safety, compliance, cost, and schedule.
</li><li>Apply local regulation and procurement knowledge to shape compliant, fit for purpose solutions.
</li><li>Coordinate with regional resources, Outside Sales Engineers, and Execution/Service teams to ensure continuity and high quality outcomes.

</li><li>Proactively anticipate customer needs and propose differentiated aftermarket solutions that create value.
</li><li>Capture and maintain opportunity data in Salesforce (SFDC); keep records complete and current.
</li><li>Share market feedback and improvement ideas that grow the aftermarket business and increase productivity.</li></ul>
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

You will be based out of DarkVision's new Damman office in Saudi Arabia reporting to DarkVision's Director of Operations, this role combines core GRO duties along with administrative activities needed to expand DarkVision's unique technology in Saudi and GCC markets.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, able to multitask and think creatively. You'll be working with Operations, HR, Finance and Sales, and you'll often be working on critical tasks like logistics, operations and government relationship management. A successful candidate in this role will play a part in DarkVision's continued expansion into the Saudi and other GCC market, with opportunities for increased responsibilities and growth

Government Relations: You'll be managing the various government portals and keeping the corporation in good standing.

</li><li>Finance: You will play a key role in managing our accounts receivable and working closely with customers to build strong, long-term relationships. You will also support the annual audit process, and all required regulatory filings.
