We are looking for Document Controller. The role will be based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
Our Team
This position will be part of Order Execution Team supporting the PM
What You Will Do
<ul><li>Support and update to the Order Entry Process as/when required by PMs
</li><li>Coordination with Accounting:
</li><li>Coordination of the job Closure
</li><li>Send, received and keep up to date all contractual documentation from/to client and involved suppliers
</li><li>Creation of Final Documentation
</li><li>Keep organized project folders
</li><li>Expedite client/suppliers to prepare/revise contractual documents
</li><li>Review packing lists and update order entry in Company software accordingly
</li><li>Archives are structured and available (user friendly)
</li><li>Storage of documents in the job folder
</li></ul>Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
<ul><li>A previous experience as document controller
</li><li>Experience working with EPC or OEM companies and high spec projects would be appreciated
</li><li>Good knowledge of English Language
</li><li>Education background in engineering

Technical Assistant/ Document Controller

Our Technical Service Team is looking for a new team player to increase its capability and better serve our KES customers. As a Service &amp; Commissioning Engineer, you will be the face of our company in front of our customers. If you prioritize safety, have a willingness to travel, and can establish strong relationships with both the business and clients, you might be our ideal candidate.
The open position will be located in our Koch Engineered Solutions Office in Dammam, 2nd Industrial City, Saudi Arabia.

What You Will Do<ul><li>
Supervision and Inspection: Oversee the installation, mechanical inspection, and pre-commissioning activities, including functional testing of all associated systems without loading conditions. Provide recommendations to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
</li><li>Commissioning and Start-Up: Conduct commissioning and start-up activities, including Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), general site services, and troubleshooting in major chemical and petrochemical industries across Middle East.
</li><li>Training: Provide on-site training for operators and engineering personnel on commissioned equipment.
</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including engineering, electrical and instrumentation (E&amp;I), and process design, to ensure successful integration and operation of different products.
</li><li>Travel Requirement: The position requires 60-70% travel onsite.
</li></ul>Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)<ul><li>
Professional Experience: Proven experience in a similar position, demonstrating your ability to handle the responsibilities effectively.
</li><li>Industry Experience: Relevant experience in industrial and site environments within the chemical, petrochemical, or power plant sectors.
</li><li>Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
</li><li>Technical Certification: Certification in Mechanics, Instrumentation, and Control is required to ensure technical competence.
</li><li>Organizational Skills : Ability to work well independently, demonstrating strong organizational skills and autonomy.
</li></ul>What Will Put You Ahead<ul><li>
Advanced Technical Expertise: Additional technical certification in Instrumentation &amp; Control or experience with combustion systems can set you apart from other candidates.
</li><li>Language Skills: Proficiency in additional languages is considered a valuable asset, particularly in Arabic, which can enhance communication with our diverse client base .
